Verified Sellers
Where checked US sellers compare comp, quota and offers.
A private room for SDRs, AEs, account managers, CSMs, sales engineers, sales leaders and RevOps. Each member's current or recent sales job is confirmed before they read a single post, so every figure in here comes from someone working the job it describes.

Inside
What members get
OTE as offered, and as paid
Members log the yearly OTE behind real offers and real paychecks, the hours the job really takes and how many weeks passed before the first check. In the threads they get into the split, the quota and whether the plan paid out. Each company shows a range and a median, with every report behind it one click away.
How each company hires
Where every member landed with a company, from first screen to signed offer, which rounds they sat (a mock discovery call, a pitch to the VP, a panel), and what they would tell a friend before taking the first call.
Specialist roles before the rush
Sales roles in your segment that pay above the median US opening on the board reach your inbox within the hour we spot them while you are active, and otherwise in one email per a day at most. The best territories get claimed quickly.
A Monday brief
Alex sums up each week's posts every Monday and keeps a running account of what members have said about each employer, with every line linked to the post it draws on.
Verification
How we confirm the job behind every member
Not on your say-so, and never by asking again what your profile already says. Our verification agent reads your profile, checks the employer and the role against sources it can reach on its own, and only comes back to you when those leave a gap.
Your company inbox
Made your account with your company address? That counts already. If not, give us your work address: one code goes to it, and nothing else ever will. A live mailbox at the employer is the strongest single proof there is.
What the web shows
The agent looks you up the way a hiring manager checks a reference: the employer's team page, a press release, an award list or a speaker bio naming you in the role. If your job needs a licence to sell (insurance, real estate, securities), the state's own register counts as well.
One ask, only if it must
When nothing it can reach settles the question, it comes back with a single request, such as confirming your work address or linking a page that shows you in the seat.
Questions
Asked before applying
Who gets in?
Anyone in the US whose job, now or until recently, is selling or running sales: SDRs and BDRs, account executives from SMB to strategic, account managers, customer success managers who own renewals, sales engineers and solutions consultants, channel managers, inside and field reps, sales managers and leaders, and sales or revenue operations. Between jobs after a layoff? Your last role counts.
Why is it US only?
Comp only compares inside one market: an OTE in Denver and one in Dublin answer different questions. One market keeps every figure in the room comparable with the next. The job board itself stays open to sellers anywhere.
How long is the check?
Most applications get an answer about a minute after you confirm. When what we found is close but short, we say exactly which one thing would close the gap.
What can other members see about me?
Your first name, your last initial and the checked line about your role (say "Enterprise AE, Illinois"). Never your email address, your employer's name or anything you sent as proof.
Can I talk about my comp plan?
That is what the room is for: your OTE, your split, your quota, your attainment, how the plan paid out. Keep back what your employer holds confidential, such as customer names, pricing, pipeline and anything under NDA. Alex, our AI moderator, reads each post before members do and returns anything that crosses the line for you to fix.
Is there a fee?
Nothing. Joining, reading and posting are free, like the rest of SalesJobs. Now for anyone looking for their next sales job.
