For teams hiring salespeople
Your next sales hires, found with every open sales role in view.
SalesJobs. Now checks the hiring systems of 107 companies every hour and sees who applies through it. That is how we source for you: among salespeople already looking and closers who are not, each one screened against your brief, with only the ones who said yes reaching your inbox. You hire them directly and pay only for the candidates you accept.
Counted by our own analytics from 30 Sep through 29 Oct 2026, with bots and crawlers filtered out.
Why it works
What an agency cannot see
Every sales opening, rechecked every hour
Across 107 companies, we see whether a team is adding AEs or SDRs, for which segment and territory, and the base and OTE it posts. That is the number your candidate is weighing against you, and the gap you have to close. The same reads build our sales pay report.
Salespeople come to us already
0 applications went through us in the past 30 days, from reps choosing their next seat, with pages for remote sales jobs, first sales jobs and sales jobs by industry.
We reach reps who are not looking
For every brief our system reads the seat, counts how many salespeople in the United States match it and can be contacted, and screens each one it finds, down to the whole career record for senior and leadership seats. Only people who match ever hear from us, and each gets a message of their own.
We know what the seat pays elsewhere
Base and OTE as the companies themselves post them, by kind of sales work, measured across the board rather than quoted from a survey. Your offer is set against real competing numbers before the first call, on the pay pages.
How it works
Brief in, accepted hires out
Send the brief
Segment and deal size, quota, territory, base and OTE, how many seats and the start date. A few lines in a chat or an email will do.
We size the pool first
Before anyone is approached: how many reps with this profile exist and can be reached, what comparable openings post in base and OTE right now, and where searches like this one usually stall.
We find and screen
Salespeople already applying for roles through us come first, then reps who are not on the market, each approached personally. Every profile is checked against your brief, and every person is asked whether your seat interests them.
You meet a shortlist
Only reps who fit and said yes, each with the reasons they fit. Your interview loop makes the call, and the bill covers only the candidates you accept.
Pricing
A fee per accepted candidate
Quoted for each search before it begins, and higher only where the profile is rare. You pay nothing for the brief, the count of the pool or the shortlist, and nothing to post a role.
Inbound

Ground rules
Lines we do not cross
Salespeople answer us because the board keeps these rules, which is also why your search through us gets replies.
- A company hiring salespeople is listed whether or not it has ever paid us.
- Nobody buys a better place in a pay table: base and OTE columns sort by the number alone.
- Candidate details are never sold. You see a person's name only after they agree to talk about your role.
- Outreach is one message to one salesperson about one role that fits their record. No blasts.
Our methodology explains how paid relationships are kept away from what job seekers see.
Questions
What hiring teams ask first
Is this a recruiting agency?
No. SalesJobs. Now keeps a running picture of who is hiring salespeople: every open sales role at 107 companies, the people who apply through us, and what each posting offers in base and OTE. Sourcing grows out of that picture: before a search starts we can tell you how many people fit the brief, where they sit and what competing offers look like.
Where do the candidates come from?
Two pools. The active one: reps browsing for their next seat land on the board from Google or an AI assistant and apply here. The passive one: for each brief our system picks out salespeople whose own record fits and sends each a personal note, and those notes go only to reps based in the United States.
How are candidates screened?
Against your brief: the motion they have sold in (inbound or outbound, transactional or enterprise), the segment and deal size, the industries and buyers they know, their seniority, and for leadership seats their full career record. Your own interviews, role plays and reference checks still make the decision.
What do you charge for a search?
Nothing until you accept someone. Then a single fee per accepted hire, quoted up front for each brief and higher only where the profile is rare. Writing the brief, the market count and the shortlist are on us, and listing or posting a role never costs anything.
Which sales seats do you source best?
The ones where good people are scarce and seldom job-hunting: enterprise and strategic account executives, sales engineers and solutions consultants, first- and second-line sales managers, and reps who already sell to a specialist buyer such as hospitals, banks or government. That is where the market data and the screening pay for themselves.
Can we use the market data without hiring through you?
Yes. The pay report, the base and OTE figures and the open-role counts are public, and the underlying records, custom cuts and recurring files are available on request.
