Job feed

Carry our sales openings on your own site

Every open sales role on the board, as a free XML feed that is rebuilt every hour from the employers' own hiring systems. Career sites, sales communities, bootcamps and newsletters use it to put live roles in front of their members. Set your filters, then copy the address.

We add your name to every link, which is how we report back what your audience clicked.

Fields

What every role in the feed includes

referencenumber
A fixed key per role, unchanged for as long as the role is live.
title, company, companyid
The job title in the employer's own words, the employer, and an employer key that every one of its roles shares.
url
This role's page on our site, tagged with your source name. Point your Apply button here.
description
The full public job ad, as the employer published it.
date, updated
The posting date (our first sighting when the employer gives none) and the time of its latest change.
salary
Pay in the posting's own wording: base, OTE or both.
salarymin, salarymax, salarycurrency, salaryperiod
That pay broken into numbers, with its currency and the period it is quoted for, wherever the posting gives a figure.
city, country, location, remotetype
Where the seat is based, and whether it is fully remote.
eligibility
How many countries may apply, as one of four codes (one-country, several-countries, most-countries, worldwide).
eligiblecountries, excludedcountries
Two-letter ISO codes: the only countries a restricted role accepts, or the handful a broadly open role rules out.
jobtype, category
Employment type (full-time, contract and so on), then the kind of sales work.
skills
A tag per skill, wherever the posting spells its skills out.
talentpool
yes, only when the posting itself says it collects applicants for openings to come rather than a seat open today; those applicants hear back once a seat opens.
expirationdate
The application deadline (YYYY-MM-DD), present only when the employer names one; most sales roles stay up until somebody is hired.

In each page's header

totaljobs, page, pages
The total behind your address, and which slice of 600 roles you are holding.
market, roles, profession
Any country, role set or industry filter your address applied.
publisher, publisherurl, lastBuildDate
The feed's publisher and the moment this copy was generated.

What publishers ask us

Can the roles appear on our own indexed pages?
Yes, search-indexed pages included, provided every listing points to the url the feed supplies for it. Show the pay exactly as the feed gives it, since it is the employer's own figure. No logo or attribution line is required.
Which link should our Apply button use?
Use url. That link lands on our page for the role, where the current status is always visible, and from there Apply sends the candidate straight into the employer's own application flow.
How do we spot a filled or pulled role?
Walk every page of a complete feed, page=1 through the last. A reference number missing from all of them has closed. The address without page= carries only the latest 1,000 roles, so a role absent there may simply be older. A closed role's url never breaks either: it turns into a notice that the seat closed, with similar open sales roles listed below.
How fresh is the feed?
We go back to each employer's careers system every hour, and the feed keeps only what was open at that pass, so a seat filled before lunch is gone from it by mid-afternoon. Pulling it once or a few times a day keeps you in step.
How do we get only roles open to candidates in our country?
Append country= with a two-letter code. You receive every role someone there can be hired for, including roles open in any country. Send a code we do not cover and the reply lists the codes that work.
We cover many countries. One request per country?
No need. Pull the complete feed once, with no country, and sort the roles on your side: eligiblecountries names the only countries a restricted role accepts, excludedcountries the few a broadly open role rules out, and a role carrying neither is open everywhere. A few requests, not hundreds.
Do you offer RSS?
Yes. Swap /feeds/jobs.xml for /feeds/rss.xml and keep source=, country=, roles= and profession= as they are. It carries the latest 100 roles matching your filters, the pay inside each title, and any posting that collects applicants for later openings is filed under the category "Talent pool: no immediate project".
Can we separate pipeline postings from seats open today?
Yes. When a posting itself says it is gathering applicants for future openings rather than hiring now, the XML marks it talentpool yes and RSS gives it that category. We go only by the posting's own words, so one that is silent on the point carries neither mark.
Do you rate-limit the feed?
There is no fixed cap. Space your page requests a few seconds apart, and if one comes back 503, retry in a minute or two. A page holds 600 roles, the largest response the server sends at once.
What does the feed leave out?
A deadline when the employer sets none (expirationdate shows up only when a closing day is named), industry codes, seniority levels, states and postal codes. Anything we cannot state reliably stays out rather than being guessed.
Will we see how our listings performed?
Yes. Your source name rides along in every link, so we can count your traffic; ask, and a weekly report of visits and page views from your listings, split by country, lands in your inbox.

Send your source name, or a request for a different format or field, to hello@salesjobs.now. Only want a handful of roles on one page? The jobs widget does exactly that.
