Why we built it

Salespeople should see the comp before the first call.

Sellers are told to know their numbers, yet the numbers behind a sales job (base, variable, OTE, who is hiring and where) sit on every company's own careers page, worded a different way each time. SalesJobs. Now brings the open roles into one list, straight from each employer, with the pay they post.

Sales hiring never sits in one place. The 107 companies on file here all employ salespeople (107 with roles open now), and each one posts its reqs in its own applicant tracking system and writes its comp plan its own way. Following that market by hand means opening careers pages one company at a time.

SalesJobs. Now does that legwork. We read the open roles where each company posts them, keep the base and OTE exactly as stated, and put everything behind one search, so an SDR, an AE or a CSM can see who is hiring for their kind of work, what it pays, and apply on the employer’s own page.

The reasoning is short. In sales, the comp plan decides how you live for the next few years, so it belongs at the top of the search, not in the third interview.

Principles

Rules this board keeps

A number you can trace, or no number

Every pay figure on SalesJobs. Now points back to where it came from: a live posting, a company's own page, or published salary data. An estimate is labelled as one. A range with a source beats a round number with none.

Built for the person carrying the bag

SalesJobs. Now is made for the seller, not the recruiter: what a role pays in base and OTE, where it sits, what kind of sales work it is, and the employer page where you apply.

A closed req is a dead lead

We go back to each company's careers system every hour and stamp every role with the last time we saw it open, so you never prep for an interview at a req that was filled weeks ago.

Who runs it

A named person answers for these figures

Pay figures and company lists only mean something when you know who stands behind them. Here is who that is, and how to reach us.
