Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. The Agreement Between Us
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and O-mega Enterprise, Inc., which runs SalesJobs.Now ("SalesJobs.Now", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern how you use our websites, apps, data and related services (the "Service").
You accept them by using the Service, by ticking or clicking to accept them where we ask, or by any other sign of agreement. That acceptance extends to the policies these Terms point to, our Privacy Policy among them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service for an employer, an agency or another organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms, and "you" then means that organisation.
2. Who Can Use the Board
You may use the Service if you can enter a binding contract and you keep to these Terms and the law.
The Service is meant for adults pursuing a career in sales. You must be at least the age your country sets for consenting to the processing of your personal data, or the age of majority where that is higher. If the law there requires a parent's or guardian's consent below a certain age, you need that consent first. Should we find we hold a child's data without the consent the law requires, we will deal with it.
By using the Service you confirm that you meet these conditions and that no law bars you from it.
3. What the Board Does, and What It Does Not
SalesJobs.Now lists open sales roles that companies publish in their own hiring systems, with the base salary and on-target earnings (OTE) a posting states, and passes you to the employer's own page to apply. Around that sit accounts, alerts, matching, an assistant, a forum and practice tools. We provide all of it as is and as available, and much of it is assembled or written by automated systems, AI models included.
We are not your employer. We do not decide who is hired, we do not vouch for every word of a posting, and we cannot promise that a role is still open, that its base, OTE, quota, territory or commission plan will match what the employer offers you, or that you will hear back. The offer letter and compensation plan an employer hands you are what count, so read them before you sign.
The Service keeps changing. Any feature may be added, altered, paused or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, secure, free of errors or always reachable, and we may limit use or access where that is reasonable.
4. Accounts and Profiles
Some features need an account. If you open one:
- Give accurate, complete details and keep them current.
- Guard your password. You answer for what happens under your account, whether or not you allowed it.
- Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using it, or that its security has been breached.
- We may decline, suspend or close an account, or take back a username, where we reasonably need to, for instance to protect the Service or its users or to comply with the law.
Your profile. A free profile starts from your LinkedIn link, your CV or a description of your sales experience, and any LinkedIn profile or CV you give us must be your own. By creating one you let our data provider read the public information on that profile (headline, work history, education, skills, languages), or an AI model read your CV, and you let us keep it with your account and use it, together with the model's reading of it, to rank openings for you, to judge whether you fit a given role and to email you openings that match, as our Privacy Policy describes. We keep what your CV says, not the file. An employer receives your details only for a specific opening you accept. You can edit or remove your profile, and stop the emails, in your account at any time.
You can close your account whenever you like. Some data may outlast it, as these Terms and our Privacy Policy describe.
5. Rules of Use
Use the Service lawfully and in a way that leaves it working for everyone else. In particular, do not:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights, intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights included;
- post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, misleading or otherwise harmful, fake job offers and pitches for schemes that charge candidates to start among them;
- try to get into the Service, another member's account or any connected system without permission;
- overload, disrupt or attack the Service, for example with malware or denial-of-service traffic;
- harvest openings, pay data or member information with bots, scrapers or crawlers beyond what we expressly offer (our public jobs API and feeds) or the law permits;
- decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law forbids this restriction;
- pose as someone else, misstate who you work for, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited sales pitches to other members; or
- use the Service to build a competing product, or for another purpose we reasonably forbid.
Where we reasonably believe someone has broken these rules, we may look into it and act: removing content, cutting off access, and reporting the matter to the authorities where appropriate.
6. Free for Job Seekers: How We Earn
Job seekers pay nothing. Searching openings, comparing base and OTE, setting alerts, building a profile and every other part of the Service is free for you. There is no subscription and no paid tier.
How the board earns:
- Fees from employers. Some companies pay us a fee when a person they hired came to them through the board. On those companies' openings, the Apply link carries our referral code. The employer pays that fee; it never comes out of the base or OTE offered to you, and it costs you nothing. Such an arrangement can be one input to the order in which companies are shown, and it never changes a pay figure we display.
Also:
- We never charge you and never hold your card details.
- Your salary, commission and any bonus are paid by the employer that hires you, under your contract with it. We are not a party to that contract.
- If we ever add a paid feature, its price and terms will be plain before you choose it. Today there is none.
How openings are ordered and who pays the board is set out in how the board works.
7. Our Content and Trademarks
The Service and what we make for it (the software, design, text, graphics, data compilations and analysis) belong to SalesJobs.Now or its licensors, together with every intellectual property right in them, and the law protects them. These Terms transfer none of those rights to you.
As long as you keep to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service for your own job search or your organisation's internal purposes. You may not copy, alter, republish, sell, rent or build derivative works from any part of it, or remove ownership notices, unless these Terms or the law allow it.
Employer names, logos and trademarks on the board belong to those employers or their owners and appear only to identify their openings. You may not use them without permission.
Ideas or feedback you send us may be used freely by us, with no duty owed to you.
8. What You Post and the Licence You Give Us
Some parts of the Service accept material from you: forum posts and replies, profile text, a CV, messages to the assistant ("Your Content"). This section governs that material.
You keep whatever rights you hold in Your Content; we claim no ownership of it.
You grant SalesJobs.Now a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, which we may sublicense and transfer, to host, store, copy, adapt, publish and display Your Content as far as needed to run, maintain, secure and promote the Service, within your settings and the law. A forum post you publish is visible to other visitors under that licence. The licence ends once Your Content is removed, except where others have already shared it and kept it, or where the law obliges us to keep it.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to post Your Content and give this licence, and that it breaches neither these Terms nor anyone's rights. When you post about an employer, its pay or its hiring process, share your own experience and nothing confidential you are bound to protect.
We have no duty to watch Your Content, though we may review, restrict or remove anything we reasonably consider to breach these Terms or the law.
9. Employers and Other Outside Sites
Openings link to employers' careers pages and applicant tracking systems, and the Service links to or works with other outside sites and services. We offer these links for convenience; we do not control, endorse or answer for them.
What you submit on an employer's site, and any dealing you have with an employer or other third party, is between you and them and is governed by their terms and privacy practices, which you should read.
10. Your Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data in running the Service, and it forms part of these Terms.
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures and keep it only as long as the purposes in the Privacy Policy and the law require.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your data: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection to or restriction of some processing, opting out of certain sale or sharing, and freedom from discrimination for using them. The Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to use them, or you can ask us directly.
11. What We Do Not Promise
As far as the law allows, the Service comes as is and as available, faults included, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
SalesJobs.Now, its licensors and suppliers disclaim every such warranty, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and any warranty arising from dealings or trade usage included. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs, run without interruption or error, be secure or have its defects fixed, or that any posting, pay figure, fit verdict, salary calculation or other result is accurate or complete.
Content on the Service, much of it compiled or written by automated systems, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or career advice from a qualified professional and is no substitute for it. Postings are the employers' own statements, and pay figures and estimates are only as good as their sources. You use any of it at your own discretion and risk, and the decisions you take on it, such as which job to apply for or which offer to accept, are yours.
Where a jurisdiction does not allow some of these exclusions, they may not apply to you, and any warranty that cannot be excluded is limited as far as the law permits.
12. How Far Our Liability Goes
To the extent the law lets us:
- Neither SalesJobs.Now nor its affiliates, nor the people who own, direct, work for or act for any of them, answer for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, earnings, commissions, revenue, data or goodwill or other intangible loss, arising from or connected with your use of the Service or your inability to use it, even if told such loss was possible. That covers a job you did not get, an offer that differed from its posting, and a compensation plan that paid out less than you expected.
- Our total liability for all claims connected with the Service or these Terms is capped at the greater of what you paid us for the Service in the period before the event behind the claim (for a job seeker, nothing) and the lowest amount the law permits.
These limits hold whatever the legal theory of a claim, and they are an essential part of the bargain between you and SalesJobs.Now.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Your Indemnity
To the extent the law lets us ask it, you agree to cover SalesJobs.Now, its affiliates and the people who own, direct, work for or act for any of them, and to take on their defence, for any claim, liability, damage, loss or cost (sensible lawyers' fees among them) that comes out of or ties back to:
- your access to or use of the Service;
- Your Content or anything else you submit;
- your breach of these Terms or of any law; or
- your infringement of someone else's rights.
We may choose to take over the sole defence and control of any such matter, and you will then cooperate with us. This section survives the end of these Terms.
14. Ending Your Access
You can stop using the Service whenever you choose and, if you have an account, close it as section 4 explains.
We may suspend, restrict or end your access, wholly or partly, at any time and with or without notice where we reasonably think it right, for example if you break these Terms or the law, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or if we withdraw the Service or a feature.
When access ends, so does your right to use the Service. Terms that by their nature should outlast it (intellectual property, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnity, disputes) stay in force. Afterwards we may delete or keep data as these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the law provide.
15. Governing Law and Where Disputes Go
These Terms, and any dispute about them or the Service, are governed by the law of the place where SalesJobs.Now is established, setting aside its conflict-of-laws rules, and without removing any mandatory consumer protection your home country gives you.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us so we can try in good faith to settle the matter informally. If that fails within a reasonable time, the competent courts where SalesJobs.Now is established have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law entitles you to sue elsewhere.
Where the law allows, disputes are resolved one person at a time, not in a class or representative action. Either side may still seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where it is available.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when the Service, our practices or the law change. For a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by posting the new version with a new date, or by another fitting means.
A revision takes effect when posted, or on a later date we name. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the Service.
17. Other Legal Points
- Whole agreement. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the full agreement between you and SalesJobs.Now about the Service and replace earlier agreements on it.
- Severability. A provision found unenforceable is applied as far as the law permits, and the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision now does not stop us enforcing it later.
- Transfer. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them, for example in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Independent parties. These Terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency between you and SalesJobs.Now. Nothing on the board makes us your employer.
- Events beyond control. We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control.
- Notices. We may send notices through the Service or to the contact details on your account. You can reach us as set out below.
