Close your SalesJobs.Now account

One email closes it, whenever you decide. Searching openings, comparing base and OTE and applying on an employer's own page all work without signing in, so the board stays open to you afterwards.

Two steps

  1. Send an email to hello@salesjobs.now from the address on your account, subject line “Delete my account”. A message from that address is our proof that the account is yours, so we act on no request sent from anywhere else.
  2. Inside 30 days we erase the account and everything listed below, then reply to say it is done.

What we erase

  • The account itself, with the email address and password you sign in with.
  • Your profile: the stored LinkedIn data, the extract of your CV or your own description, and the sales work, titles and country we read from it.
  • Every fit check you ran on an opening, and the weekly email of openings that match you.
  • New-role alerts, both the emails and the notifications on your devices.
  • Your conversations with the assistant in your account.
  • Your forum posts, the threads you started together with the replies beneath them, and your helpful marks, follows and flags.
  • Your entry in the candidate pool and the history of openings we asked you about, if you joined it.
  • Your application to the verified members' room, and your place in it.
  • The transcript and result of the spoken assessment, if you took one. We also ask our voice provider to erase its copy of the conversation.
  • Follow-up reminders tied to openings you pressed Apply on.

The two records that stay

Nothing beyond these two survives the deletion, and each has a reason.

  • Your address on our suppression list. It is the one way to make certain no email from us ever reaches it again.
  • Any agreement you signed with us, held as evidence of what both sides agreed to.

Rather keep the account?

You can trim it instead of closing it: remove your profile, leave the candidate pool, switch alerts off in your account, or press the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email from us. Each change takes effect on its own, and the rest of the account carries on as before. Our privacy policy sets out everything we hold and the reason for each item.
