Job Description

• Coordinating promotional activities and cooperation with all involved internal departments and corporate clients;
• Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
• Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the clients’ requests;
• Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas;
• Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database;
• Co-leading the promotions team;
• Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory;
• Decorating the gaming floors for special events
• Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions;
• Assisting to promotional video/photo shoots;
• Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;

Qualifications

• Execution of job duties requires:
• At least secondary education;
• Advanced English (both spoken and written);
• Good computer skills;
• Previous experience in sales & marketing is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good multitasking skills;

• Planning, arranging and prioritizing competence;
