Job Description

• Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing administration.
• Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and downloading barcode delivery.
• Conducting general administrative function and support.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably from Business Administration/Management/Secretarial major .
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multitasking work.

• Full-time paid internship
