Global Enablement Programs Associate Director
The posting
Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in information services and solutions for professionals in the finance, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, health and legal sectors.
We are currently looking for a Global Enablement Programs Associate Director to join our Global Revenue Operations & Transformation organization.
The Global Revenue Operations & Transformation organization is focused on advancing the capabilities, operating models, and ways of working that improve commercial effectiveness across Wolters Kluwer. Within that organization, Global Enablement plays a critical role in translating transformation priorities into programs that drive adoption and sustained change across the business and how we deliver customer value.
About the Role
The Global Enablement Programs Associate Director is responsible for building and executing strategic programs that advance the Revenue Operations & Transformation agenda across Wolters Kluwer. This individual will translate enterprise priorities into structured, executable programs and lead them from initial definition through deployment, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
Working across a global, federated enablement organization, this role will partner closely with Revenue Operations & Transformation leadership, divisional commercial and enablement teams, Sales Excellence, Commercial Technology, and other functional partners to coordinate execution and drive measurable progress against strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
•Translate Revenue Operations & Transformation priorities into executable global programs, defining objectives, scope, workstreams, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and measures of success.
•Lead programs end-to-end from definition through sustained execution, maintaining accountability for progress, quality, adoption, and outcomes rather than simply completion of individual deliverables.
•Establish the operating model and governance for each program, including decision rights, stakeholder forums, execution rhythms, roles and responsibilities, escalation paths, and performance visibility.
•Orchestrate cross-functional teams and capabilities across Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Excellence, Commercial Technology, divisional teams, and other partners required to successfully execute each program.
•Drive global deployment and activation, coordinating sequencing, business readiness, communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, and divisional execution.
•Partner with divisional leaders and teams to translate enterprise programs into effective local execution, balancing consistency in the core program with the flexibility required to address legitimate business differences.
•Identify and remove barriers to adoption and execution, proactively managing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
•Define and manage program success measures, establishing visibility into execution, adoption, effectiveness, and, where possible, business impact.
•Create feedback loops that inform continuous improvement, using performance data, stakeholder input, and business outcomes to evolve programs over time.
•Provide clear executive-level visibility and recommendations regarding program progress, performance, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required.
•Build greater rigor and repeatability into how strategic programs are executed, establishing program management practices and mechanisms that can be applied across the Revenue Operations & Transformation portfolio.
What We Are Looking For
Target Skills/Experience
•8-10 years work experience focused on quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and strategic advisory.
•Proven track record of designing and building end-to-end complex analyses and driving business impact based on analytical reasoning.
•Values operational excellence and drives rigor in operational reporting, business processes, and governance.
•Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.
•Exceptional presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements or new ways of looking at things.
•Effective at building consensus and influencing others by building trust-based relationships.
•Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related discipline.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform and capabilities.
- Experience with Tableau, Einstein Analytics or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience SQL, R, Python and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) is a plus.
- Experience in management consulting or finance is desired.
