Hiring radar licence

Version of 27 Oct 2026

For the subscribing firm's own internal use only, for twelve months; no reselling, sharing or publishing beyond that firm. The files and fields a subscription includes are listed on the Hiring radar page. Using the site itself also falls under our Terms of Service.

1. The parties and the scope

On one side of these terms stands O-mega Enterprise, Inc., which runs SalesJobs. Now ("SalesJobs. Now", "we", "us"); on the other, whichever single organisation (a company, a firm or any other entity) pays for Hiring radar ("you", "your firm"). They govern every use of Hiring radar data: each file, each row and each number in them, however it reaches you, whether from the private addresses we send, as a sample, or through a data marketplace.

When your firm buys through a data marketplace, that marketplace's subscription terms cover the purchase and the payment as well. Who may use the data, and for what, is still set by these terms alone.

2. Who is covered

Use is limited to the legal entity whose name is on the subscription. Its employees may work with the data for its purposes, and so may freelancers working for it who are bound to keep its information confidential.

No one outside that entity is covered. Parent companies, subsidiaries and other affiliates are outside it, and so are your firm's clients, investors and portfolio companies. Any of them that wants the data takes its own subscription or signs a written agreement with us that names it.

3. Permitted use

  • Research, investment choices and commercial decisions made by your firm for itself.
  • Importing the data into your firm's own databases, spreadsheets, dashboards and models, and joining it with your firm's other data for those same ends.
  • Writing analyses, reports and recommendations from it for people inside your firm.
  • Holding copies of the files on your firm's systems for as long as the subscription runs.

4. Prohibited use

  • Passing the data, whole or in pieces, to another party in any way, whether by sale, resale, licence, sublicence, rent or loan.
  • Giving anyone outside your firm the data or access to it, in full or in part, whether as delivered, edited or merged with other data, by sharing, sending or publishing it.
  • Letting any outsider have, or use, the download addresses and keys that come with the subscription.
  • Feeding the data into anything your firm offers to others that carries job, hiring, sales-headcount or labour-market information: a dataset, a feed, an index, a report, or an AI model built, tuned or run on it.
  • Quoting numbers taken or worked out from the data anywhere outside your firm, such as a client deck, an investor letter, a research note, an interview, a post or a web page, without our written yes first.
  • Deleting the build dates or notices printed in the files.

5. Term, renewal and what follows

Access lasts one year from its first day; renewing adds another year on the same footing.

Without a renewal, at the end of that year the addresses go dead, your firm stops working with the files, and it erases its copies within 30 days. Your firm keeps the conclusions and internal work it produced while subscribed, as long as no part of the data sits inside them and the data cannot be rebuilt from them.

6. Samples

A sample is given to the requesting firm so it can decide whether to subscribe, and its addresses expire after 14 days. Sections 2 and 4 bind a sample exactly as they bind a subscription, so it stays inside your firm. A firm that does not go on to subscribe erases the sample once its addresses expire.

7. Ownership

Hiring radar is our compilation: the files, and the database behind them, belong to us. These terms grant your firm a right of use on the conditions above and transfer ownership of nothing. Each job posting remains the property of the employer that published it.

8. Sources and accuracy

We collect the data from careers pages and job feeds that are open to anyone without an account, following the method set out on the Hiring radar page. It carries no contact details and no other personal information about any individual. We fix mistakes when we find them and each file records when it was built, yet we give no promise that the data is complete or error-free, and none of it is investment advice.

9. Breach

A breach of section 4 lets us switch off your firm's access on the spot, and nothing already paid is returned; your firm also answers for the damage done, including damage through any copy a third party got hold of. Let us know the moment you become aware of a breach, and work with us to get any copy outside your firm taken down.

10. Limits on liability

So far as the law permits, everything we could owe your firm in connection with Hiring radar or these terms is capped at the amount your firm paid us for it during the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither side answers to the other for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit. These limits leave untouched any liability the law forbids limiting, and your firm's obligations under section 9.

11. Governing law and updates

Whatever law and courts our Terms of Service name also apply to these terms and to any dispute over them.

Every revision is published under a new date, and each subscription keeps the version in force on its start date or on its latest renewal, whichever is later.
