Job Description

• ## Responsible to meet designated sales target; generate qualified opportunities and able to win new opportunity in a target time frame
• ## Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications. ## Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• ## Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• ## Resourceful and a good communicator. Able to establish professional contact; Identify and engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• ## Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
• ## Good team players to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive solution to customers
• ## Time management and highly discipline- monthly updated on sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity

Requirements

• ## A Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical. Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.
• ## Minimum 5-8 years sales working experience in manufacturing and industrial environment with good network and contact
• ## Self starter, high motivation level and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ## Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure
• ## Good analytical and presentation Skills, Proficient in English and Mandarin
• ## Possess own transport with valid driving license, Candidate must be willing to travel outstation minimum twice in quarter within Malaysia
