  • 中央 監 視装置・自 動 制御 機 器の営 業 または施工経験
  • 空調・プラントにおける営 業 または施工経験
  • ソリューション営 業 経験
  • 空調、 電 気、 衛 生などの建 築 設 備 業 界の経験・知識

Preferred

  • エネルギー管理業務または ESCO 業務経験・知識
  • 空調、電気、衛生などの建築設備業界の経験・知識
  • 設備の設計・施工経験者尚可
  • 電気工事施工管理技士
  • 管工事施工管理技士
  • 英語力（尚可 - 外資アカウントセールスチームあり）
  • 計装士
  • エネルギー管理士
  • 認定ファシリティマネジャー
