Passionate about customers? Love keeping things organised? Join a global business with a strong local presence. Rexel is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our Moonah branch.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. You will be an important part of our branch team, providing sales support, managing customer enquiries and keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly

About the role

• Deliver outstanding service to customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, returns and customer enquiries accurately
• Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing practical solutions
• Proactively follow up quotations, orders and customer requests
• Support branch administration and ensure customer records and transactions are maintained accurately
• Work closely with the wider branch team to provide a seamless customer experience
• Build your knowledge of our products, customers and the electrical industry

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and building lasting relationships
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a diverse range of customers
• Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration or a trade-related environment will be highly regarded
• Electrical wholesale or industry experience is desirable, but not essential - we’ll support you with the training to succeed
