We are currently looking for Sales Specialists for the Romanian market, motivated and enthusiastic to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location** - This position is fully **office-based in Bucharest, Romania.
Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.

Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles to car dealers
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the Romanian market
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets
- Offer support and consultation to customers throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Excellent, advanced knowledge of the Romanian language
- Middle or advanced English skills
- Experience in sales and/or the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional and customer-oriented approach
