3MG Roofing is growing in Raleigh (& surrounding area) and we want self-generating salespeople who know how to knock doors, build relationships and turn activity into revenue.
Ever been burned by a company that couldn’t pay your commission?

- how they generated it
- what their best month looked like
- why they’re hungry
Roofing experience is great, but not required. Pest control, home services, telecom, car sales and other high-pressure sales backgrounds absolutely count.
Former athlete? Even better. We like competitive people who know how to work, take coaching and keep going after a loss.
Experienced rep? Ask us about our 1099 comp plan - aggressive commission tiers, bonuses, spiffs and uncapped upside for people who actually produce.

About 3MG Roofing & Solar
Roof replacements and repairs, gutters and GAF Timberline solar shingles for homeowners, plus flat-roof systems for property managers, HOAs and builders, from offices in seven states.
Pay schedule: W-2 reps get a base plus uncapped commission with medical, dental and vision cover, PTO and a 401(k); experienced reps can choose a 1099 commission-only plan instead, and the territory manager earns overrides on the team's production on top of personal sales.
