Are you passionate about developing sales leaders and building the content that helps them succeed? The Manager, Leadership Development & Sales Training will lead the design and facilitation of a new leadership development track for Heartflow's sales organization, with primary emphasis on original content creation and hands-on leadership coaching. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Commercial partners to ensure that training content and delivery reflect real-world needs and business goals.
This is a remote position, with up to 25% travel throughout the U.S. required.
