Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Manage customer demand and order fulfillment , including forecast analysis, order management, and on-time delivery coordination.
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring stock levels, and improving logistics flows between LEONI and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers , ensuring rapid resolution of operational, logistics, and customs-related issues.
  • Monitor commercial performance , including order analysis, invoicing, payment tracking, and customer service performance.
  • Coordinate customer quality topics , supporting complaint management and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal quality teams.
  • Drive business development and market intelligence , identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and reporting on new projects, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications

Master in Business Administration or related field

Minimim 5 years of work experience
