Your impact & responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively acquiring new clients via phone, email and online meetings.
- Talent Matchmaking: Identify and connect specialised freelancers with companies looking for their skills.
- Consultancy & relationship building: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates - from first contact to start date.
- Negotiation & closing: Negotiate terms, manage offers and drive deals to a successful close.
- End-to-end process: Own the full recruitment process - transparent, fast and solution-oriented.
- Personal branding: You build your own profile and use LinkedIn to position yourself as an expert in your field.
What you bring
- Motivation & drive: You want to learn, grow and deliver results in a dynamic sales environment.
- Experience: Beneficial but not required - e.g., in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment or similar roles.
- Languages: Fluent in English, plus German or Dutch. Alternatively, B2B sales experience.
- Location: Based in/around Amsterdam

About Amoria Bond
Places contract and permanent specialists in technology, advanced engineering, life sciences and power and energy with client companies, and through its sister brand Coalesce Management Consulting supplies project expertise to renewable energy and utilities clients.
Pay schedule: Base salary plus commission on every desk, with incentive trips and a £500 yearly development allowance in Manchester and health, dental, vision, 401(k) and 21 days of PTO in Dallas.
