角色目的

• 完成地区经理分派的销售业绩目标（销售、订单、收款等），跟进区域内项目，达成销售目标，增加市场占有率

角色职责

• 通过对分派的地域市场开拓，经销商的开发维护和客户管理，推进销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务目标
• 建立并开拓销售渠道，维护与甲方、设计院、咨询公司的关系，增加销售范围和市场占有率
• 根据客户及设计院的要求，提供空调设备选型及技术解决方案，
• 负责标书制作和投标方案确定，以及协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判
• 负责辖区市场信息的收集和竞争对手的分析
• 负责销售项目应收帐款的回收
• 主管安排的其他相关工作

最低要求

• Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: 暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业本科及以上学历，具有暖通空调产品和系统知识，具有一定的技术方案设计能力
• Experience工作经验: 十年以上暖通行业产品销售工作经验
• Computer Skills 计算机水平 : 计算机应用熟练
• Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求: 具备良好的沟通、谈判能力和开拓精神，积极进取，有团队合作意识Language 语言能力 :具有良好的标书制作文案能力
