职位职责

  • 向客户推广并销售楼宇自动化系统、电动阀门等产品；
  • 拓展楼宇自控产品销售渠道，建立并维护经销网络，提供高质量客户服务，保持长期合作关系；
  • 与业主及建筑公司关键决策人建立战略合作伙伴关系，推动销售业绩持续增长。

工作内容

  • 开拓与优化楼控产品的销售渠道，建设并运营经销商网络，提供优质客户服务与方案交付体验；
  • 运用销售工具制定月度/季度业务计划，识别并放大商机，推动订单转化与销售增长；
  • 联合客户与设计院，完成初步系统选型、报价与技术解决方案，清晰呈现我司建筑服务的价值闭环；
  • 以结果为导向，按月达成销售指标，并持续提升区域覆盖与业务深度。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，工科类相关专业背景；
  • 两年以上弱电、阀门或楼宇自控行业销售经验；
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能承受工作压力，具备独立跟进项目的能力；
  • 具备客户经营思维与渠道建设意识，关注长期合作与口碑。
