About the Role

Visa is seeking a high-performing Digital Sales Representative (DSR) to drive growth across Greater China, covering China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building new business opportunities, and is passionate about helping clients grow through innovative payment and commerce solutions.

As a DSR, you will identify and develop opportunities across Financial Institutions, fintechs, payment companies, processors, and strategic partners. You will work closely with country sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver revenue growth while creating scalable, repeatable sales motions that can be replicated across markets.

This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for someone who can uncover new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and create growth playbooks that shape the future of digital payments across Greater China.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
  • Identify opportunities across Visa's portfolio, including Commercial Cards, Visa Direct, Virtual Payment Accounts (VPA), Acceptance, and Money Movement solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, AANR, and pipeline targets.

Build Strategic Client Relationships

  • Engage decision-makers across banks, fintechs, payment service providers, and technology companies.
  • Position Visa as a strategic growth partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Support clients in developing innovative payment solutions and digital growth strategies.

Create Scalable Sales Plays

  • Identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities.
  • Develop repeatable growth models that can be scaled across multiple clients and markets.
  • Transform successful client engagements into broader market opportunities.

Lead Territory Strategy

  • Develop country and territory business plans.
  • Prioritize opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Identify key growth markets, segments, and customer opportunities.
  • Provide regular business updates and recommendations to management.

Collaborate Across Visa

  • Partner with Country Managers, Product, Acceptance, Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success teams.
  • Coordinate resources to accelerate pipeline development and deal closure.
  • Lead virtual teams to deliver complex opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Why Join Visa

At Visa, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative financial institutions, fintechs, and payment companies in the world. You'll help shape the future of commerce, contribute to meaningful growth initiatives, and be part of a team that is transforming the way individuals and businesses move money globally.

Visa requires at least 4 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
