The posting

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator to keep our leaders organized and our business moving across the Digital Licensing & Partnerships team. Reporting to the VP, Digital Licensing & Partnerships, you'll manage calendars, travel, meetings, and events in support of our Business Development, Business Operations, Creative, Production, and Marketing business units across PC/Console and Mobile/Casino categories.

This role combines organization, discretion, and a service mindset. You'll balance requests from several leaders and teams, decide what needs attention first, and keep everyone informed. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.

A Day in the Life as a Sr. Coordinator - Digital Licensing & Partnerships

  • Own travel planning and expense processing for the leadership team, from booking through reconciliation, in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate trade shows and industry events, keeping planning on track and details handled well ahead of deadlines.
  • Organize high-level internal and external meetings, connecting with global and regional colleagues and partners on the VP's behalf.
  • Serve as a go-to contact across our business units, building strong working relationships within the team, across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, and with external partners.
  • Improve how the team works, building simple, scalable processes and templates for scheduling, travel, and events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, using sound judgment about what to share, with whom, and when.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 years Executive or Administrative Support experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders or teams at once
  • Organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines across several business units
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders, external partners, and employees
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new tools and systems on Mac or PC
  • Experience with SAP Concur or a similar travel and expense platform a plus
