  • Capture insights from financial-services customer engagements to help improve offerings, sales plays, demonstrations, and solution assets.
  • Apply working knowledge of relevant financial-services processes, including advisor and relationship-manager productivity, client onboarding, service, distribution, policy and claims operations, and data-driven engagement.
  • Work effectively with Industry SMEs where deeper domain strategy or regulatory expertise is required, while retaining ownership of discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and technical win strategy.
  • Maintain current Salesforce certifications and continuously expand expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Insurance, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and emerging platform capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable customer-facing role, including meaningful experience in financial services.

  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Industry SMEs, Alliances, Delivery, and Executive Leadership.
  • Practical understanding of financial-services operating models, terminology, customer journeys, and regulatory constraints, particularly in Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management; Banking experience is also valuable.
