🔧 What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions
- Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up
- Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations
- Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style
- Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan
- Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry
- A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Strong project management skills (preferred)
- Tech-savvy with experience using ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

$70,000 - $100,000 USD
