What you’ll be doing

  • Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities across industries such as BFSI and Telecom.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Leverage product and solution expertise to deliver customized proposals and commercial solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Lead teams through coaching, performance management, and timely project execution to achieve business objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • You have about 10-15 years or more years of experience in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment
  • You have exposure to BFSI domain and have solid B2B experience
  • Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective
  • Exceptionally good leadership skills having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business’s senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Exceptionally good - clear communication of instructions and information down the line.
