About Johnson & Johnson

J&J recruits for two separate sales forces. MedTech, roughly half of the 241 titles, splits by franchise: Surgery (Ethicon endo-mechanical and energy, wound closure, biosurgery, advanced hemostasis, surgical instruments) for hospitals and surgeons, Orthopaedics (DePuy Synthes trauma, foot and ankle, CMF, spine, joints and VELYS robotics) where US consultants cover cases on commission, cardiovascular (Biosense Webster electrophysiology, Abiomed heart recovery, Shockwave intravascular lithotripsy, neurovascular), Vision (contact lens territory managers calling on eye care practices and surgical vision account executives), Mentor plastic surgery, and the Monarch and Ottava robotics teams. Innovative Medicine, about three in ten titles, details specialty drugs: immunology specialists in dermatology, gastroenterology and rheumatology, oncology reps in hematology, solid tumors, head and neck and CAR-T, neuroscience reps in mood and schizophrenia, and rare disease account managers for autoantibody conditions. Levels run from associate account executives and sales associates who learn a territory under a senior rep, through key account and executive specialists, up to Shockwave regional sales directors for South Carolina, central Florida and northern Ohio, a senior director of US sales and a vice president of strategic account management in Titusville. Just under half the titles (about 118) are US territories across some 35 states; abroad the biggest groups are China (about 15), India (about 12), the Czech Republic and the UK (8 each), then Austria, Israel, Taiwan, Malaysia, Poland, Australia and Japan.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
