The posting

The Joblogic Story

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500KARR to ~£35M+ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners - a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’sbacking, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100MARR across international markets.

Joblogicprovides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.

About the role

As part of our growing Migrations team, you will play a key role in helping businesses transition from legacy FSM platforms to Joblogic.

You will be provided with pre-qualified demonstrations while also generating your own opportunities. • Meeting SLAs and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and CRM updates
  • Keeping calendars updated with calls, sessions, and demonstrations
  • Manage prospecting activity, sequences, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Updating internal systems with relevant information and scheduling follow-ups
  • Nurturing client relationships through regular communication via phone and email
  • Negotiating deals with prospects and guiding them through the buying process
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer handover post-sale
  • Staying updated on product developments and upcoming releases
  • Travelling where required, sometimes involving overnight stays
  • Attending office meetings and company exhibitions as required

What you bring

We are looking for someone who combines strong sales fundamentals with the curiosity and resilience required to sell into operational businesses.

You will likely bring

  • Proven experience in B2B software, technology, or solution-based sales
  • Confidence delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • The ability to manage a structured sales process from discovery through to close
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer operations and identify value
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and CRM discipline
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to generate new opportunities
  • The drive to succeed in a fast-scaling SaaS environment

Nice-to-have points

  • Experience selling SaaS platforms
  • Experience in FSM, CAFM, or facilities management industries
  • Exposure to migrations, platform replacements, or operational software transitions
