About LoopMe

LoopMe turns real-time consumer intelligence into better outcomes for brands. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands - awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities - and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

You join our NYC team to build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of digital advertising sales opportunities across HoldCo and independent agencies. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a proactive, commercially driven seller with a genuine interest in programmatic advertising. You sell complex, high-value solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You report to VP, East.

What you'll do

  • Drive net-new business growth by building and owning a book of HoldCo and independent agency accounts, while expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify and close new revenue opportunities by prospecting NY Holdco agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams - client success, ad ops, and product - to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Educate clients on the value of our programmatic offering, including CTV, display, video, mobile app, and native formats.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each agency's needs and KPIs.
  • Track and forecast pipeline and revenue performance accurately using CRM tools.
  • Proactively build pipelines, pursue new business, and create opportunities rather than waiting for them to come.
  • Develop thoughtful account strategies, navigate complex organizations, and build relationships with key decision-makers over time.
  • Thrive through challenging deal cycles, adapt to obstacles, and find creative ways to drive results.

Essential

  • Advertising sales experience (digital, mobile, or video) with a record of driving net-new revenue through agencies and brands.
  • Success winning new clients with Holdco agencies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A commercially driven, entrepreneurial approach to both tactical and strategic sales activities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes, takes ownership, and rolls up their sleeves to help build something special in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice** to **have

  • Established relationships with HoldCo agencies in NYC.
  • Experience selling outcomes-based or AI-driven advertising solutions.
  • Working understanding of the programmatic landscape and the mobile advertising market - products, players, and technologies.
