In this senior individual contributor role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex technical opportunities for high-profile enterprise clients. Acting as the technical opportunity lead, you will autonomously determine project resource needs, design integration blueprints, and bridge business goals with our technology. Beyond client-facing delivery, you will serve as the regional "go-to" technical expert - mentoring team members, documenting best practices, and collaborating closely with HQ and regional teams to continuously elevate our technical capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex presales engagements for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical lead and advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Deeply understand clients' business models and technical environments to collect requirements and design tailored, complex solution architectures and integration plans.
- Conduct captivating product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical scoping exercises, and service quote estimations.
- Lead responses to complex technical, architectural, and security questionnaires.
- Customize and configure complex Infobip platform solutions to meet bespoke customer requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding expectations.
- Build conversational strategies, natural dialogue flows, wireframes, and templates using Infobip Answers and our CX stack.
- Deliver clear, precise solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and consulting session summaries.
- Act as a "go-to" regional expert, mentoring junior team members and sharing reusable solutions through the internal Community of Practice .
- Gather regional market requirements and feature feedback to steer global product development with HQ.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Proven background in Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within the SaaS, CPaaS, CX, or Telecommunications sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to gather complex requirements and design end-to-end cloud, API, and software solutions for high-profile enterprise clients.
- Strong ownership mindset, able to autonomously evaluate project complexity, lead technical opportunities, and identify necessary resources.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting POCs, handling technical/security assessments, and documenting precise architecture and integration plans.
- A track record of mentoring colleagues, driving knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Expertise or interest in a specialized track such as CX Consultancy, Strategic Partnerships, or vertical-specific solutions (e.g., Banking/Fintech, E-commerce, Logistics).
- Hands-on experience building conversational flows, dialogue trees, or NLP/NLU workflows (e.g., Infobip Answers, Google Dialogflow, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, postman, and enterprise software integration patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise data privacy standards, security frameworks, and compliance norms in the cloud communications space.
