See Your Work in a New Light

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining specialty infusion care as something more human, more supportive, and more connected. We partner closely with providers and clinical teams to ensure patients can access complex therapies with clarity, confidence, and continuity of care.

We’re looking for a Specialty Infusion Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something - a relationship‑driven sales professional who brings accountability, purpose, and a patient‑first mindset to territory growth.

Why This Role Matters

The Territory Account Executive plays a critical role in expanding patient access to specialty infusion and biologic therapies. By building trusted partnerships with providers and healthcare organizations, this role directly influences how quickly and effectively patients can begin and sustain life‑impacting treatment.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that

  • Helps patients access complex infusion and biologic therapies sooner
  • Supports providers with a reliable, high‑touch infusion partner
  • Strengthens care coordination across home infusion, infusion suites, and physician practices
  • Drives sustainable growth in a clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes

Success here isn’t just measured in numbers - it’s measured in access created and trust earned.

In this role, you will

  • Promote specialty infusion, IVIG, and biologic therapies across key therapeutic areas including Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with healthcare providers across home infusion, infusion suites, physician clinics, specialty pharmacies, and regional health systems
  • Educate providers on appropriate clinical use, patient access pathways, and care coordination support
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive referral growth and market access
  • Identify and influence key decision‑makers involved in prescribing, referrals, and care coordination
  • Navigate payer coverage, formulary dynamics, and access barriers in partnership with internal teams
  • Represent LUX Infusion at conventions, symposiums, trade shows, and networking events
  • Share competitive intelligence and market insights to inform regional and organizational strategy
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through ethical, patient‑centered selling

You may be a great fit if you bring

  • A passion for relationship‑based selling that delivers real clinical value
  • Strong ownership of territory performance and outcomes
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
  • A patient‑centered mindset that aligns growth with access and care quality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • Proven, consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over year
  • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, biologics, specialty medications, durable medical equipment, or home‑based clinical services
  • Ability to demonstrate performance metrics such as quota attainment, territory growth, or referral volume

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with infusion therapy, specialty biologics, immunology, oncology, neurology, or gastroenterology
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
  • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
  • Prior success launching or expanding a territory in a growth‑stage organization

You don’t need to check every box - we care just as much about how you build trust as what you sell.

Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we’re not just offering a service - we’re delivering clarity, confidence, and continuity of care to patients navigating complex conditions.

Here, you’ll find

  • Purpose‑driven sales work with direct patient impact
  • Autonomy and ownership over your territory
  • A collaborative, high‑performance culture
  • Strong clinical and operational teams behind every referral
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential
