About Connect
Connect is a home-services platform within Transactly, a PLACE company. We help homebuyers, renters, and homeowners navigate the services that come with a move from utilities and internet to other essential home needs through a simpler, more coordinated experience. PLACE brings together real estate teams, technology, mortgage, title, and consumer services. As part of that ecosystem, Connect has opportunities to grow through both external partnerships and relationships across the PLACE network.
The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who can turn great partnerships into highly engaged, successful, and growing partnerships. The Enterprise Account Manager owns the partner experience from onboarding and launch through ongoing adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. You will build trusted relationships with our partners, understand their business goals, and help them get measurable value from Connect. This is not a passive account-management role. You will be a champion and advocate for Connect, proactively creating excitement and momentum around the platform. You will help partners understand the value of Connect, get their teams engaged, identify opportunities to increase adoption, and continually find new ways to integrate Connect into their business and customer experience. You will work at the intersection of relationship management, technology, data, enablement, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to remove obstacles, improve the partner experience, and turn partner feedback into action. The ideal person is naturally curious, highly organized, analytical, commercially minded, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoys helping customers and partners succeed.

- Own the onboarding experience for new partners and guide them through a successful Connect launch.
- Work with partners and internal teams to configure accounts, workflows, integrations, and other requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and build strong, trusted relationships across key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, goals, customers, and opportunities.
- Drive ongoing adoption and engagement with Connect by helping partners understand and utilize the platform’s products, features, and capabilities.
- Keep Connect top of mind with partners through proactive communication, education, training, and creative engagement strategies.
- Identify barriers to adoption and develop practical solutions to increase partner participation and customer utilization.
Partner Performance & Growth
- Monitor partner activity, usage, and performance, using data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Conduct regular partner meetings and business reviews focused on performance, goals, progress, and opportunities.
- Provide partners with meaningful reporting and insights that demonstrate the value of Connect.
- Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and introduce additional Connect products and services.
- Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders on expansion opportunities when appropriate.
- Develop strategies that increase partner retention, engagement, customer utilization, and overall value
Partner Enablement & Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing to create partner-facing resources, presentations, training materials, emails, campaigns, and other enablement tools.
- Develop messaging and campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of Connect.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and training that help partner teams understand both the “why” and the “how” of Connect.
- Identify what partners need to effectively promote and incorporate Connect into their customer experience.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other internal teams to advocate for partner needs and resolve issues.
- Proactively coordinate internal resources to address partner questions, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bring partner feedback, insights, and trends back to internal teams to help improve the Connect platform and overall partner experience.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on improving onboarding, adoption, retention, partner satisfaction, and growth. CRM, Data & Operations.

- Establish consistent processes that create a scalable and exceptional partner experience.
How Success Will Be Measured
