What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
  • Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
  • Personal reliable transportation required
  • Valid driver’s license required

A group of independently owned Renewal by Andersen affiliates that sells custom replacement windows and doors to homeowners in their homes, then installs them, across the Midwest, the South, the New York metro, the Bay Area and Ontario.

Pay schedule: Closers are full-time staff on uncapped commission with no base, paid training, medical, dental, vision and life cover, a 401(k), student loan repayment and a yearly sales trip for top producers; canvassers, setters and ambassadors earn an hourly wage plus uncapped bonuses, most with PTO and a matched 401(k).
