Expansion Client Engagement Executive, 12month FTC
The posting
Drive growth. Unlock opportunity. Expand client impact.
At Euromonitor International, we help the world's leading organisations make confident decisions through trusted data, insight and analysis. From global brands and consultancies to financial institutions and government organisations, our clients rely on us to identify opportunities and drive growth.
We're looking for a commercially minded Expansion Client Engagement Executive to help grow our existing client portfolio by identifying new opportunities, expanding stakeholder engagement and converting client needs into revenue.
The role
This is not a traditional account management role.
Working alongside our Client Retention team, you'll focus on identifying expansion opportunities within existing client accounts. You'll uncover new use cases, engage additional stakeholders, develop commercial proposals and lead opportunities through to close.
You'll build on strong client relationships already established within the account, using your commercial curiosity and consultative sales skills to drive account growth and maximise client value.
What you'll be doing
- Own an expansion and upsell revenue target across an established portfolio of clients
- Identify whitespace opportunities across teams, functions and stakeholders within existing accounts
- Build and execute account growth plans focused on revenue generation
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, priorities and business objectives
- Develop compelling commercial proposals aligned to client needs
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close
- Build relationships with decision-makers, budget holders and senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with Client Retention colleagues to align customer value with growth opportunities
- Support commercial renewals, including pricing, negotiation and contract progression
- Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management
What we're looking for;
- Experience in account management, customer growth, expansion sales or consultative B2B sales
- Proven success identifying and converting upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with a passion for revenue growth
- Confidence managing opportunities from discovery through to close
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Consultative approach with strong questioning and listening abilities
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, research, data, information services or professional services environments is advantageous
- Strong organisation, pipeline management and forecasting skills
- French, Italian or Spanish language skills would be beneficial
Why join Euromonitor?
- Work with globally recognised brands and organisations
- Join a collaborative, commercially ambitious sales team
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries
- Be part of a business that combines world-class data, insight and consulting capabilities
If you're motivated by uncovering opportunities, developing client relationships and turning insight into revenue growth, we'd love to hear from you.
