Taken at the midpoint of its range, $148,750/yr, this role pays less than the middle Revenue Operations & Enablement opening on the board today ($158k/yr); the usual band for that kind of seat is $119k–$275k/yr.

A note from your hiring manager,** Danielle Macejka **

Hi candidates! We’re a very new team at Scribe and are building a world-class enablement program from the ground up, supporting all roles in our Customer/GTM Organization. At Scribe, GTM Enablement is responsible for the productivity, performance and adoption of all members of our customer-facing teams. This role will be key to driving the success of the teams through a robust onboarding and ramp program :).

About the role

You’ll join GTM Enablement as our GTM Revenue/Enablement Lead, the person who builds and owns onboarding and ramp for every role in our customer org, from first day to full productivity. The team is new and small, so you’ll design the program, run it, and report on it, with no existing playbook to inherit. You’ll work alongside RevOps, Marketing, People, and customer org leaders in a high-growth team where speed and ownership matter.

What you’ll do

  • Build role-based onboarding and ramp programs that get every new customer/GTM org hire to full productivity faster
  • Run the full productivity motion end to end, from ideation and pilots with current new hires to full rollout and iteration
  • Define baseline metrics, expectations, and ramp goals for each role, then track progress against them
  • Stand up onboarding and ramp reporting where none exists today, and deliver consistent insights to managers
  • Get close to customer org teams in your first 30 days to learn what works and what’s missing in current onboarding
  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, People, and managers to keep new hires moving and close skill and knowledge gaps early
  • Use feedback and ramp data to make regular improvements to the program as the team scales

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve spent 4-6+ years in enablement and have owned onboarding, ramp, or productivity programs for sales or revenue teams
  • You move fast and thrive under high velocity circumstances, start-up experience in B2B Saas is a must have in this role.
  • You’ve built curriculum from scratch, with real instructional design and training facilitation experience
  • You’re fluent in sales, including qualification and sales methodologies, and can speak credibly with reps and managers
  • You’re AI savvy and have worked hands-on with tools like Claude, Gong, and enablement platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, or Letter.ai
  • You’ve managed stakeholders across functions and are comfortable chasing action from new hires, managers, and partners while moving fast
  • You stay consistent on reporting and insights, even when the pace picks up
  • You’re low ego and hold a high standard for your own work
  • Nice to have: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, experience in a high-growth startup environment

Why you’ll love working here

  • A true blank canvas: you’ll build the onboarding and ramp program from scratch and set the standard for how the team works
  • Direct impact on revenue teams: what you build shapes how quickly every new customer org hire becomes productive
  • Room to grow: as the program scales, expect additional roles and project opportunities over the next 12 to 18 months
  • A new, small team with high visibility, where you’ll own the work from ideation through execution and iteration
