In this influential role, you will shape and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting new clients while nurturing existing relationships to foster long-term success. Your deep understanding of manpower solutions will equip you to engage clients effectively, demonstrating how our services can meet their unique workforce needs.
As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a passionate team of sales professionals, driving them towards performance excellence, setting sales targets, and ensuring that we consistently meet the needs of our clients in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies for our Manpower Outsourcing services portfolio.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry research.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
