The Stryker Sales Academy is a first for medtech in ANZ, and our first cohort starts in Brisbane in January 2027. You'll be selected into a group of ambitious people going somewhere together. You'll get structured learning and development, a clear career path from Associate Territory Manager to Territory Manager, and the chance to learn from the best so you can become one of the best.
Where you'll make your mark: implants
In this role you'll join one of our implant divisions: Trauma, Sports Medicine and Upper Extremities.
Implant sales puts you in the operating theatre, working alongside surgeons and theatre teams as procedures happen. If you're fascinated by anatomy and physiology and have a genuine interest in clinical outcomes, this is where that curiosity turns into impact. You'll know your products inside out, build deep trust with surgeons and be the person they rely on when it matters.

Your background matters less than your drive. We're looking for target driven, business minded people with real commercial instinct, whether you're coming from sport, allied health, hospitality, a graduate program or another sales role. No degree required.

Pay schedule: Stryker employs its reps on a salary or a draw against commission, with commission or bonus layered on by business line; its summer sales interns earn $20 to $35 an hour.
