Job Description

  • Manage the Pro Care business based out of Bangalore.
  • Drive growth for Pro Care businesses across AOEM-authorized dealerships.
  • Work closely with 3M-authorized channel partners to achieve primary sales targets.
  • Drive secondary sales at the dealership level through regular engagement, follow-ups, and business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at dealerships, including Dealer Principals, Service Heads, Body Shop Managers, and Parts Managers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve product penetration across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure timely order planning, execution, and coordination with channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, resolve concerns, and strengthen engagement.
  • Support new product introductions and ensure adoption of relevant 3M solutions at dealership level.
