Working capital is the lead product for First Circle's reps: its Business Credit Line, a facility of up to PHP 25 million with no collateral, goes to Philippine SMEs together with fee-free business accounts, corporate cards and invoicing. Its Manila acquisition team now counts reps in the hundreds, up from tens a year ago, and is adding divisions aimed at new customer segments (national or regional accounts, mid-market and enterprise among them); one opening is a Sales Division Leader to run one, another a Head of Inbound Sales and Marketing over a team of about 10 that owns the funnel from paid and organic lead generation to the converted sale. Solar is a separate line with its own business development executive in Taguig, who finds SME rooftop deals by cold calling, events and installer referrals and then sees each site through feasibility, installation and the first bill. Abroad, the first New Zealand sales hire is a senior account executive in Auckland, originating credit lines for established SMEs through accountants, business advisors and commercial finance brokers and then managing those clients.
