About First Table

First Table's salespeople sell supply: restaurants that agree to offer their first table of breakfast, lunch or dinner at 50% off the food bill for two to four diners, who pay First Table a small booking fee, a model the company says now runs across more than 4,800 venues and 4.3 million diners. Business development managers each own a city patch, prospect off a target list, walk in and pitch owners and operators, often signing in one conversation, get the venue live and then hand it to a Partner Success team that looks after the book. The patches run at three levels, a junior BDM in London who needs no sales experience, BDMs in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh (also covering Glasgow and Newcastle), Dublin (with Belfast), Sydney and Perth, and senior BDMs in London and Manchester who also coach newer reps; the London, Manchester, Liverpool and Dublin seats are in the field four to five days a week, the others remote-first with regular restaurant visits. Above the patches sit a newly created national enterprise BDM, reporting to the GM for the UK and Ireland, who sells group master agreements to multi-site restaurant groups at head office over 3 to 6 month cycles, and an area manager who leads the BDMs across Ireland, Scotland and the North of England and owns the region's supply, booking revenue and city health. Ten of the 13 sales openings are in the UK and Ireland and three in Australia, one of those a single posting for two remote partner success specialists who start in January 2027, and the London junior BDM posting now says the role has closed.

If one of these employers pays a referral fee, it comes from them when you apply here, and your offer stays exactly the same.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
