About Float
Float puts a Canadian company's spending in one account: CAD and USD corporate cards with controls, expense management and reimbursements, bill payments, FX and a high-yield business account, used by more than 10,000 Canadian businesses by its own count. Revenue follows card payment volume rather than seats, so the funnel is judged on usage: BDRs work cold calls and email to book discovery calls for AEs, a customer activation team carries a signed account to its first months of card spend, and customer success managers hold a book against year-one spend targets, renewals and expansion. Post-sales has three of the seven sales-titled openings: a customer success manager, a French-English bilingual CSM working from home in Quebec, and a scaled CSM who covers more than 7,000 unmanaged accounts through webinars, lifecycle email and in-app programs while answering for NRR and renewals. The other four are a BDR, a revenue enablement manager who trains BDRs, AEs and CSMs on the SPICED method, an acquisition operations manager who owns pipeline health, territories, forecasting and quota-setting for sales-acquired volume, and a head of partnerships who will build the channel through accounting and bookkeeping firms, fractional finance teams and investor networks. Six are hybrid seats in Toronto and the seventh works from Quebec with trips to the Toronto office.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
