A third desk, FC Plus inside the Marketplace team, wants a relationship manager to own a book of businesses turning over £3.25m or more, judged on retention and lifetime value. A head of revenue operations would own the KPI suite for sales, service and collections and build AI call-quality and coaching tools on Amazon Connect, while the seventh sales-titled opening, a vulnerable customer account manager, is a collections job rather than a selling one. All seven are in London, three days a week in the office, and none are in the US.
