About the Role

We are looking for a transformational and operationally rigorous leader to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Ministry Growth Partners to hit expansion revenue targets.. This role sits at the center of customer growth, retention, and strategic alignment across our installed base of more than 14,000 customers.

Why This Role Matters

This role is foundational to Pushpay’s next phase of growth. As we continue to evolve our platform and deepen relationships with our customers, this leader will build, coach and inspire the team that ensures our church partners grow alongside us.

The Manager, Customer Growth translates company strategy into daily frontline success. By developing high-performing reps, sharpening consultative sales execution, and actively supporting strategic expansion deals, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and helping ministry partners accomplish more through technology.
