Alma lets shoppers split a purchase into 2, 3, 4, 10 or 12 installments or pay 15 to 30 days later, online or at the till, while the merchant is paid at once, so its sellers sign retailers and e-commerce brands, never the consumer. Five of the 12 sales-titled openings are AEs: a senior enterprise AE in Paris working deals from €500,000 to several million euros in ARR alongside PSPs, CMS platforms, orchestrators and consulting firms; a large-accounts AE for Spain on merchants with €10 million to over €1 billion in turnover and a mid-market AE for Portugal (€10 million to €250 million), both in the new Madrid hub of a five-person Iberia team meant to reach about ten by the end of 2027; and two mid-market AEs, one senior, for Italy, its second-largest market, where the Milan team has 10 people. Three more work the installed base from Paris: a senior account manager over a book of large merchants, a senior account performance manager on about 200 strategic merchants that each run €1 million to €3 million a year through Alma, and a retail success manager who carries a revenue quota on in-store adoption across big retail networks. The remaining four are revenue operations: two business analysts, a revenue systems lead over a Salesforce stack with Gong and Aircall attached, and an experimentation and tracking engineer who runs A/B tests on merchant websites. Eight of the openings are in Paris, two in Madrid and two in Milan, and none is in the US.
