EOS is a value-added reseller with its own supply chain: it buys networking, AV and collaboration hardware from OEMs and distributors, gets it to customer sites worldwide (acting as importer of record where needed), installs and supports it, and counts some of the largest technology companies among its accounts. Quota seats are few: one remote Account Executive for the West (Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington) who hunts new logos through cold calls and events and must bring VAR experience, five years over target and MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, a desk-based Account Manager in Charlotte or Nashville who grows an existing book by phone and video against monthly targets, and two inside Sales Support Associates in Banbridge and London who qualify leads, demo AV products online and close orders for the account managers and sales directors. Most of the hiring is the quote desk: seven Sales Operations Associates (four in Hayward, California, one each in Pflugerville, Texas, Banbridge and Singapore) build quotes in Sage X3, register deals on OEM portals such as Cisco CCW to win discount approval and chase distributor pricing, with the Singapore seat doubling as procurement. Two Sales Operations Specialists in Banbridge and Dublin keep the CRM clean, build pipeline dashboards and run onboarding for the regional sales team, and an Event Solutions Engineer in Menlo Park, who builds onsite event networks for a client and travels about a quarter of the time, completes the 14 openings. Eight of the 14 are in the US, four in the UK (three at the Banbridge headquarters), one in Dublin and one in Singapore.
