Ledger has two kinds of buyer: crypto holders who buy its hardware wallets (Nano, Flex, Stax and the new Atom) from its own web store, on Amazon or through affiliates, and institutions such as banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers that buy Ledger Enterprise's Vault, on-premises HSM, TradeLink settlement and Multisig products. Only the enterprise side has a classic seller's seat open: a client success account manager for EMEA who takes over institutional clients at signature and owns their renewals, contract negotiations, and upsell and retention targets. On the consumer side, a senior affiliate manager in performance marketing reports weekly against a revenue target, splitting time evenly between growing existing partners and signing new ones (AI tools and fintech apps are the named hunting ground) on CPA and revenue-share deals, and an e-commerce business line director is accountable for global sales through the web store and manages the affiliate team. The other three titles counted are support roles: a CRM lifecycle marketer, a Salesforce and Agentforce lead for customer support tooling, and an Amazon ads manager. All six are in Europe, four listed first in Paris and two in London, with no US opening although Ledger lists an office in Portland.
