Pineca Group sells prefabricated wooden buildings through its own e-commerce sites in 11 European markets, from 5 to 40 square metre garden buildings, garages and carports to 40 to 120 square metre houses and bespoke projects, and its Vilnius sales floor exists to close the phone and web inquiries those sites bring in. All five sales openings sit on that floor and none involves cold outreach: three inbound sales representatives for the Spanish market (two of them six-month contracts, one in Vilnius and one remote from Spain), one for the Portuguese market, and a sales team lead who coaches seven or more representatives on conversion rate, average order value and activity. A representative qualifies the buyer, recommends a building, then stays with the order through the architects and the factory until delivery, so the work is consultative B2C selling of a high-ticket, partly custom product.
