At Rightmove the product on the order form is visibility: the advertising and listing packages that estate agents, housebuilders and commercial property agents pay for to reach the home movers on the UK's biggest property portal, and all ten sales-titled openings are account manager seats in the UK. The team is split by customer line. Four field roles sit on the estate agency team, each owning a patch of roughly 80 to 120 agent branches (Birmingham, Sheffield, Surrey, Reading and Newbury) where 85 to 95 percent of the work is growing existing accounts and the rest is new business, under an area director. Three more are New Homes territories (the North East with Edinburgh, the North West, and the West Midlands with the South West) selling to developers, where winning new logos is a current priority beside upsell. Rightmove Commercial, its portal for offices, warehouses, retail units and land, is hiring two field account managers, for the Midlands and Wales and for the North of England, who each hold about 70 accounts and prospect for new commercial agents, plus a home-based telephone account manager whose week runs about 60 percent new business and 40 percent retention against weekly KPIs.
