Build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the Role
Tandem Health is building the clinical AI operating system of the future, helping healthcare professionals spend less time on administration and more time with patients.
As we expand across new international markets, we are looking for a Commercial Lead, Poland to establish and accelerate Tandem's presence in Poland.
This is a senior, market-facing role for someone with deep roots in the Polish healthcare ecosystem and a strong network among its most important decision-makers.
Your mission is simple: open the market for Tandem and turn executive access into commercial momentum.
You will build relationships with CEOs, executive teams and senior clinical and digital leaders across Poland's leading healthcare organisations, while developing opportunities across the broader provider market.
You will act as Tandem's senior commercial representative in Poland, combining your local network and market knowledge with Tandem's central commercial, medical, product and implementation capabilities.
The role reports directly to the Director of Global Expansion and works in close partnership with the Head of Sales, Rest of the World.
What you will do
- Open the market for Tandem. Use your senior network and market credibility to create access to the executives and decision-makers shaping healthcare in Poland.
- Develop strategic customer relationships. Build trusted relationships across major healthcare organisations and turn them into concrete commercial opportunities.
- Own local market progression. Maintain a clear view of priority accounts, stakeholders, competitors and routes to market, continuously determining where Tandem should focus.
- Drive opportunities from engagement to partnership. Work with Tandem's central teams to progress opportunities through executive engagement, product evaluation, proof of concept, procurement, negotiation and contracting.
- Represent Tandem at executive level. Become a credible local face of Tandem across customer meetings, industry networks, conferences and strategic discussions.
- Shape our approach to Poland. Translate Tandem's global proposition into the Polish healthcare context and bring market intelligence back into Tandem to inform positioning, product priorities and strategy.
- Build the foundation for scale. Work closely with Medical Operations as customers launch to ensure commercial momentum translates into successful adoption and expansion.
How you will work with the team
You will work closely with the Director of Global Expansion, who leads Tandem's international expansion strategy, market development and prioritisation.
You will also partner closely with the Head of Sales, Rest of the World, who leads commercial execution and brings Tandem's cross-market sales methodology, enterprise experience and commercial playbook.
As Commercial Lead, you bring the local market knowledge, relationships and executive access. Together with Tandem's central commercial, medical, product and implementation teams, you turn that access into scalable growth in Poland.
What You Bring
- Significant senior experience within the Polish healthcare ecosystem, primarily across healthcare services, health-tech, insurance or adjacent healthcare sectors.
- An exceptional senior network in Poland, with trusted relationships among executives and decision-makers across leading healthcare organisations.
- Deep understanding of the Polish healthcare market, including major provider groups, public and private healthcare, decision-making structures, procurement and the broader stakeholder landscape.
- Experience developing and progressing complex commercial relationships with large organisations.
- Executive presence and credibility, with the ability to engage comfortably with CEOs, clinicians and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify where to focus and what is required to move an opportunity forward.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Native-level Polish and fluent English.
- A strong motivation to improve healthcare through technology.
The profile we are looking for
You may currently be a senior executive, commercial leader, healthcare operator, strategic advisor or industry leader who has spent a substantial part of your career building relationships across the Polish healthcare ecosystem.
You know who the important people are, and importantly, they know you.
When you call a senior healthcare executive and say, "There is a Swedish healthcare technology company you should meet," you can get the meeting.
But you also know how to turn that access into a strategic relationship and meaningful commercial progress.
Bonus Points
- Previous executive responsibility within a major Polish healthcare organisation or healthcare-related company.
- Experience working directly with hospitals, healthcare groups, physician networks or health insurers.
- Experience introducing new technology or business models into the Polish healthcare market.
- Experience working in an international or high-growth technology environment.
- Strong understanding of AI and its emerging role in healthcare.
Location
This role is based in Poland and requires a strong physical presence in the market.
Regular travel within Poland will be expected, alongside travel to Tandem's Stockholm headquarters approximately once every one to two months and occasional travel to other international markets.
