Context
We’re experiencing one of the strongest growth rates in the French Tech ecosystem, and we’re targeting €30M ARR by end of 2027. To get there, our SDR and AE team keeps growing and every rep has to go faster, not just work harder. Today, prospecting still relies on individual initiative: each rep builds and enriches lists their own way. That’s what this role fixes.
Your mission
Every SDR starts the day with the right accounts, the right contacts, the right trigger and the right message, without building a list by hand. Every inbound lead reaches the right SDR fast, with its context. You build and run the system that makes this true, in France first, then in the US.
You report to Robin, Head of RevOps. Your main internal clients are the SDRs and the Sales team, and you work hand in hand with Marketing on inbound.
This is an A-to-Z, hands-on role: you define the approach, build the workflows, run them and iterate.
Responsibilities
Data & Enrichment
- Build and own the enrichment system: the right source for each field, fallbacks, deduplication, data quality metrics
- Take over the data foundation currently being built with an external partner (CRM cleanup, market mapping, scoring) and turn it into pipeline
- Define ICP scoring and qualification criteria with Sales leadership
- Deliver lists SDRs can act on immediately
Signals & Outbound
- Identify the events that make an account worth contacting now (new practitioners or sites, tools in place, hiring, closed-lost deals to reactivate…) and wire them into scoring and routing
- Own the outbound stack: sequencing tool, deliverability (domains, warm-up, sending limits), multichannel sequences triggered by signals
- Use AI to personalise at scale, with guardrails
- Set clear handoff rules from reply to SDR
Inbound & Attribution
- Build lead capture and routing with Marketing: qualification, spam filtering, pre-enrichment, routing to the right SDR
- Track speed-to-lead and alert when leads wait
- Keep source and campaign attribution clean from first touch to signed deal, so Marketing and Sales read the same funnel
SDR Enablement
- Build the SDR cockpit in Attio and the SDR playbook
- Help new SDRs ramp in weeks, not months
- Give visibility on activity and conversion per rep
- Sit with SDRs, listen to calls, and ship small apps and automations that remove clicks
What this is NOT
- Not a campaign operator role: you build the engine, you don’t just press send
- Not a data analyst role: dashboards serve decisions, not decoration
- Not SDR management: Sales leadership manages and coaches the team, you build what they run on
30 days
- Audit of enrichment, lists, sequences and the SDR day, with frictions ranked by cost
- First enrichment wave shipped: every SDR has their own list
- Inbound flow mapped with Marketing: sources, routing, where leads leak or wait
- Roadmap agreed with Sales leadership and Marketing
3 months
- Enrichment running inside Attio, scoring live
- First signals wired into sequences, in France and the US
- Sequencing tool live, deliverability monitored
- SDR cockpit and playbook adopted by the team
- Inbound routing automated, speed-to-lead tracked
- Every workflow documented
6 months
- Lists arrive pre-enriched with reliable emails and phone numbers
- Signal-driven outbound is the default motion in France and the US
- A new SDR is productive within weeks
- Meetings and pipeline measurable per rep, channel and source, from first touch to signed deal
Why join now
You’re our first GTM Engineer: a blank page and a direct impact on revenue you can measure every week. We are [25] today and hiring [40] people in [2027]. The engine you build is what the whole sales team will run on, in France and in the US.
This role is for you if

- You’ve built outbound systems end to end yourself, deliverability included
- You’ve set up inbound routing and conversion tracking with a Marketing team
- You’re hands-on with a CRM (Attio, HubSpot or Salesforce), enrichment and sequencing tools, and n8n or equivalent. You’re comfortable with APIs, scripts and SQL, you use AI as a co-pilot, and you have no developer ego
- You’re obsessed with data quality, not data quantity, and you take GDPR seriously
- You’re comfortable working directly with founders and owning a system end to end
- You’re fluent in French and English
Nice to have: experience in healthtech or vertical SaaS selling to practices and clinics, US outbound, a Clay / Cargo / warehouse-backed GTM stack.
