- Identify, assess, and recommend the AI-based tools landscape with a focus on revenue enablement.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including assisting with CRM data hygiene, maintaining sales enablement documentation, and supporting team meetings or workflow tracking.
- Support team meetings, track workflow progress, and help coordinate enablement session schedules or cross-functional updates.
- Assist with ongoing CRM (Salesforce) data hygiene, user feedback collection, and tracking adoption metrics for newly introduced tools.
Requirements
- Preference is given to students currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration or Commerce, Business Analytics, or Combined Business and Computer Science.
- Prior academic projects, internships, or co-ops involving sales & marketing, process improvement, sales operations, revenue operations (RevOps), business intelligence, or product management.
- Comfortable managing multiple ongoing administrative tasks while balancing longer-term project deliverables.
- Strong active listening and empathy to effectively gather feedback from sales representatives and managers.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding data hygiene and documentation formatting and accuracy.
- Proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and automated workflow builders.
- Understanding of AI foundational frameworks.
- Micro-AI certification
